I got the tator tot idea from my husband.


Makes sense. Tater tots are small, compact, and potato. Potato goes good with anything.

What's a veggie ball? I know tater tots are a bit like a hash brown or a little potato waffle.

It is basically plant based meat. If you ever had a beyond meat burger, it is made of the same stuff.

My biggest challenge in eating 'tater tots' or 'potato puffs' is finishing them before they get cold.
They turn into untasty little chunks of hate and the only thing worse is a cold samosa, yuck !!

I am afraid that I don't have a recipe for this... I don't have the professional skills. I just know flavour combinations though. If anyone can come up with a way to pull this off in real life, I would be impressed and award them with a commission.

'powdered cheddar' or kraft dinner dust ? people do put ketchup on KD, I don't but some do... I like a little honey mustard mixed in and cheeze whiz instead of milk and butter.
