My biggest challenge in eating 'tater tots' or 'potato puffs' is finishing them before they get cold.
They turn into untasty little chunks of hate and the only thing worse is a cold samosa, yuck !!
I am afraid that I don't have a recipe for this... I don't have the professional skills. I just know flavour combinations though. If anyone can come up with a way to pull this off in real life, I would be impressed and award them with a commission.
'powdered cheddar' or kraft dinner dust ? people do put ketchup on KD, I don't but some do... I like a little honey mustard mixed in and cheeze whiz instead of milk and butter.
