Well, yes and no. There's no war on Earth anymore, but there's still war off-world.

Huh... I went to edit my comment and found it gone. Anyway, I was saying I liked to eat the rice paper on the bottom of macaroons, or rice paper generally, when my mother baked. I think it might work for cupcakes, but might be a little too stiff; potentially scratchy. And I just looked up rice paper recipies and found lots of them. I wish I could do something with them, but I'm not even feeling fit enough to go out, today. :(
