Really? That is actually great to know. I will get to work on making recipe card prints though just like the book, I intend to sell the best version so redrawing may be in the cards (no pun intended).

Ha ha! I always get asked by anyone who isn't Greek how to spell it and it is why I ask people to call me "Mary" instead. My name Marika Kapogerogakis is pronounced as follows;
